We offer custom-made photo magnets based on images provided by you. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use any photos or materials you upload.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content that is:

Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate
Copyrighted or trademarked without proper authorisation

2. Ordering and Payment

All prices are listed in Pounds Sterling and are subject to change without notice.

When you place an order:

Full payment is required at checkout
We accept major payment methods through our secure payment processor
Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed

3. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping details are accurate.

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Postal or courier services
Incorrect address information

4. Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item:

Arrives damaged
Has a printing error caused by us

If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and product designs (excluding user-submitted photos), is the property of Memories Ever After and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, reuse, or distribute our materials without written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

By uploading photos, you:

Confirm you own or have rights to use the image(s)
Grant us a limited license to use the image(s) solely for fulfilling your order

We will not use your photos for marketing or display without your explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memories Ever After is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data, income, or profits
Any issues arising from user-submitted content

Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on our website. Continued use of our site or services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
